weight gain

Hi I'm a year and 5 months out. I was wondering did anyone go through this thing of gaining 5 lbs and then lose it after a week or two? Then back again.....

Is that normal to do? I get so crazy when I see these 5 extra lbs......

During my seminar the dr said, people tend to lose a little more than they need to and then gain back a little bit, before they even out:)

He didn't say because you lost to much, just that often folks will lose a bit more then they need to and go up and down a bit before they find the right stopping spot:)

My doc said the same thing. Your body will find its natural weight spot.
