Getting back to basics...

Hi everyone, nice to meet you all. I am five years post op and now struggling to lose the last 15 pounds of baby weight. Just called my surgeon's office to get back on track. I'm also training to do a 10 mile run in October. I'm trying different things to see if I can restart my weight loss. Anyone else going through the same struggles?

I'm not going through the same struggles but I highly recommend a food log. My Fitness Pal is excellent, free and has a huge database of foods. But there are other good apps as well. Tremendously powerful tool that will take you anywhere you want to go - lose, gain or maintain. And you can log your exercise as well. Great confidence builder.
