I haven't started mine yet but I read you kind of go through carb withdrawal. It can cause headaches and feeling sick.

Ughh its horrible. Today i mixed up a different mix for my protein shake and it really wasnt that bad and i havent gotten sick yet. And you know ive asked two ppl who have had the surgery how theyre two preop diet went and both of them said that they didnt even do the diet at all. So idk if i should just give up on the diet and start it after the surgery or keep going with this.

You can do this!! Hang there. Maybe to help start looking at success stories on youtube or before and after pics to help you see the goal and why your doing it.

You will have to remind me next week what I said to you when i am struggling LOL!!

Remember, this could be the nerves as well!
