Question..

Okay so I am drinking/eating but having trouble feeling the full sensation just because I have so much swelling around my abdomen :/

Yes...it is hard at first to feel full...I however noticef that I get hiccups when I drink too much too fast...also now 5 mos post op I get a lil pain in my chest if I get full...that's why it's important to measure your food

You have to learn to read and understand your new body. There is a learning curve, I took about three weeks before I recognized the signs of being full.

Hiccups is a sign I'm full for me or burping. Mind you I only drink soda on pms so it's not a burping cuz of gas lmbo. I'm past 12 months post up & it's still working for me.
