4 weeks post op

I have not lost a lb in a week and im only 4 weeks post op! I am super frustrate about this! Has anyone else experienced this?

That point is normal for a stall.

I stalled also about week 4, just drink some protein and soft foods, will start losing

Yes! This will be the first of many stalls. It happens just stay on track and u will do great! ;)

I also stalled around 3 weeks post op and it lasted about a week. It's normal and if you just stick with it the scale will start moving again soon.
