June 24th post op

4th day post op took a shower today omg it felt amazing.... Breakfast had water diluted apple juice and a sugar free pudding with a scoop of protein powder

    Hi there, I has RNY June 11 th and I was wondering if anyone else is having a problem with reflux and gas pain ? when I eat it feels like air bubbles coming up my esophagus.
