Update

So I had to get my gallbladder out on Monday, grew stones after my surgery and have been vomiting for a week. Everyone keeps telling me how wonderful I look but mentally not doing well. Just had some welch's gummy Snacks, and here and there I've had iced mocha lattes from dunkins. I really don't want to screw up this new life and gift I have, does anyone see anything that wrong with gummy snacks or a latte now and then?

Surgeon also told me how proud of me she is And how good I'm doing with weight loss, and while she was in my abdomen she noticed my bypass site kinda loosened from all the weight I've lost so she threw in an extra stitch. I just want to know what's the right thing to do
