Hello everyone! I wanted to go ahead and start an August surgery group. With everyone's date rolling in, I figured it was time! My surgery is August 2 and I am nervous and excited, but mostly ready to be done!!! How about everyone else?

I had surgery on Monday &feel great just a lol sore but ice packs help on the stomach I bought 6&asked for ice pack @hospital &refill . It &refreeze it .only one dose of pain meds &that was today around noon.I went 26hrs without . Pain meds.

My pre op appt is in the morning and surgery on August 9th!!! Super nervous but finally getting excited!! Liquid diet starts Friday! Better eat while I can .

Also looking for someone else that is having a Nissen takedown before their bypass.......????

I have my preop appointment on the 9th. I start semi-liquid diet on the 12th. Time is getting short! I will be having Glucose-controlled Boost 4x/day and one lean protein + 2 cups non-starchy vegetables for dinner. The idea is to get the carbs way down
