Abdominal pain
Yeah for the most part. I try to go once a day or every other day. I was really constipated for a while but it's gotten better. After I ate this afternoon and got the pains I was in the bathroom for a while and I went to see if it would help but it didn't

Abdominal pain
Hi guys I was hoping I could maybe find some answers on here. I had rny on August 26 and I'm having really bad middle abdominal pain and nausea after eating for the past 2 days. I feel colicky, like my intestines are twisting. Even drinking water hurts. It's not like full pouch pain or food getting stuck, I experience d that when I had an ulcer but this is different and in the center of my abdomen mostly on the right side. I took the gallstone pills for the first 3 months so maybe it could be that? Has anyone experienced this?

Feeling down
Thank you guys! I was just out of them because the I had no refills and the pharmacy is being ridiculous about getting ahold of my doctor to see if I can get them or if I have to schedule an appointment. I will try to take your advice and be more active even though all I wanna do is cry! lol

Feeling down
Been out of my celexa since Monday and the mental breakdown craving for chocolate finally happened. Where I would normally be bingeing right now I'm just left feeling broken and empty because I literally can't and won't. It's making it worse because my mom is just yelling at me to stop crying when all I need is support.

Yoplait greek VS Chobani Greek Yorgurt
I like the yoplait Greek 100 calorie ones! 13g protein and 7g sugar I think? I will have to try the light and fit for sure though!

Fat and Sugar Limit?
I try to stay under 10g of sugar MAX at any time, the less the better. The yoplait 100 calorie Greek yogurt is my favorite yogurt. It only has 7g sugar and 13g protein I believe? But I can only eat half at a time anyway lol.

Burping
For me, right after surgery when I was eating (well liquids and puréed and then eventually solids) I noticed the burps as kind of a signal that my pouch was satisfied so I stopped eating. It's hard to stop though especially when you don't feel that OH MY GOSH IM SO FULL feeling you're use to before surgery! Lol. When I'm drinking I do burp sometimes but then I just try to take smaller sips.

Going out to eat
Hi everyone! I haven't been out to eat at a restaurant yet, but I know it will come soon, and I have no idea what type of choices will be good to make! I wanted to start a thread to kind of share ideas of what you guys order at typical places like Applebee's, Red Robin, TGIF, anywhere like that! Throw out some stuff! Thanks!

So nervous!
I was scared of pain waking up too, but you're so drugged up its not too bad lol, just sore. You feel like you did a whole bunch of crunches. Or like you've been sucking in your stomach really tight. Other than that I slept most of the first day and the pain button helps a lot.

I've just been sipping and it seems to be working okay.

So nervous!
They took out my drain before I left the hospital! That's my most painful spot though. My left side is second to that. It's a little better today compared to yesterday, I'm only taking one teaspoon of pain meds instead of two. I agree it's so hard to get in all my protein and water. I think I only got about 21 grams of protein yesterday and 36 oz of water? I'm trying to increase today, but it's hard with the half hour rule, and not being able to handle much in the first place, and plus I just want to nap!

Anxious
After my exam I was diagnosed with binge eating disorder and had to complete a couple months of group and individual therapy before psych would clear me. I was upset that it held me back at first but it was really helpful and now I see the true cause and got to face my demons. It will all be okay don't worry about it too much. Everything happens for a reason

I know it's crazy! They've still got me on IV, but they gave me this huge 20oz jug and said I have to finish 2 of them by 3:00 and then another by the end of the day. It's so much! Plus trying to get in my sips of tea and bites of jello and stuff. Guess ill try harder today!- So nervous!

I'm having gas pain too. In my lower stomach its the worst. They are keeping me tonight because I didn't get my 60oz of water down today. Plus I'm still in pain so it's okay.- August Surgery List complete
