Wow! Great job!! I hit 123 this morning. I am excited about my lower body lift coming up in November.

So VERY happy for you!

Hubby's surgery at Mayo was a huge success and we are back home. Our experience was incredible, it is clear why Mayo has the reputation it has.

I will be thinking of you for your lower body lift. I really want to know the details of how it goes.

Take care!

Carol

Love the pics! Glad you are doing so well!!

Carol

I had mine June 17 2013. 130 lbs. Gone 7 tiny lbs to go. This is the hardest last 10 lbs. I hit a plateau for a couple weeks. But I'm loving mirrors ,clothes and the scale. Weird huh?

How are you feeling?

How are you doing? I have been thinking of you! Carol

I am doing ok. This surgery is no joke. I have a small blister on my but bone and that is what is driving me most nuts. Swelling is pretty intense. I have been resting and walking a lot. I can't believe how great it looks tho. I can't remember having a flat stomach and my surgeon gave me the cutest little tushy! He took off 6.8 lbs of skin. Every day gets a little better but I can say rny was a picnic compared to this. It will be worth it in the end. :)

Im glad your doing well! I'm 3 months post fleur de lis abdominoplasty and breast augmentation. It was no joke with the abdominal muscle tightening! I had 9lbs of skin removed. post-191640-14167381698477_thumb.jpgBut now I can't even remember the pain and have returned to jogging and working out. I just don't have the belly skin flopping around anymore! Lol. And the scar is looking great but I would take a scar over the weight and skin anyday. Here is a current pic with most swelling gone and healing great!

Wow you look great! I still have all my drains in. How long until yours were pulled? I was hoping next week but honestly doubt it. Yesterday the swelling was awful but today a bit better. I can't stop looking at my rear wnd. I never in a million years thought it would be this cute. He tucked some of the fat in to give me a rounded shape instead of the flat tush I had. The muscle tightening is rough and I am still in anesthesia fog.

Oh no! I kind of wish I had done the lower body lift so it would have lift my booty and thighs. But I think I will just do it in another procedure which is what he recommended. I had one drain for a week and the second one for 4-5 weeks bc I still had plenty of swelling and putting out more than 30cc a day. Some days are worse than others. The pain went away pretty quickly but it was the soreness, stiffness and swelling that would fluctuate for weeks.

Glad you are doing so well! I don't know if I would ever be brave enough to go through with it (let alone the money), but I am very glad insurance came through for you and you are happy with the results! You have a lot to be thankful for!
