You are very pretty, nice smile and looking good there young Lady!

<p>stressful night last night made for bad choices of food tonight... bread is not my friend and i feel like poop!</p> <p>my house smells like smoke, there is fire extinguisher spray all over my laundry room and a pile of my new clothes out in the snow that were on top of the dryer when the d@*^ thing caught fire :(</p> <p> </p> <p>on the plus side my 2 older boys saved the night by catching it early, being quick to get fire extinguishers, and getting us all out of the house. I'm blessed to still have a home and a family and the rest can be replaced. </p> <p> </p> <p>rant over... hope everyone else had a better day than me. </p>

Thank God that you and your family are ok...as far as the rest with eating the bread no big deal for one day just get right back on track, after all your doing a lot better than a year ago right? Don't beat yourself over it your doing good.. But like to say again that I'm glad your family is safe and that a great blessing!

It is probably the fat content or the sugar content or a combination of both. I have not tried peanuts or peanut butter, just seems like a lot of fat and calories for the amount of protein.
