bloating at 5 mos. post op

I knw I have posted this before but am interested to know if anyone has experienced recurring bloating ..especially at night...I avoid dairy products and anything that can cause gas but for some reason I am now experiencing lots of bloating. ..no pain or discomfort. ..just bloating and feelinf "fat"

I watch my sodium intake but I notice when I do a 5 mile walk I tend to swell up pretty good. I usually remove all rings prior to walking. I don't know why it is. The next day after a long walk I always gain 1-2 lbs. which sucks but then I loose those the day after. I know that doesnt answer your question but I usually try and drink more and that helps push out some of the fluid.
