pre op and need support

I went to the WL seminar on the 13th of May and they told me i am looking at about 6 weeks until my surgery. I did my phyc evail last week. I see the surgeon on May 29th. I just have to schedule my scoop and wait for insurance to clear me. I am scared to death but i am so excited all at the same time. I hope that is normal?? I have been trying to get things ready. I have reading as many of your posts as i can to find out what you all have done. Any suggestions would helpful. I have been trying protein powders. I am a big espresso drinker so i came across this protein powder by CLICK... its so good!!! It only has 15g protein. I will use it as my coffee treat. I have ordered Unjury vanilla and it should be here on Wednesday. I hope i like it. A lot of people said its the best tasting one. I was also wondering if anyone on here is from Washington State??

I am 9 months post op and I have never regretted having the surgery. I was excited and scared too, that is normal. I just got back from the gym, I rode the bike for 30 minutes and walked on the treadmill for 41 minutes. I never could have done that before my surgery.
