Liquid Vitamins

I was at GNC getting some different shake mixes and came across their "Multi liquid Ultra Mega Dietary Supplement" (something about the "Ultra Mega" makes me laugh) Has anyone tried this? Or would you reccomend something else?

Thanks

In my year and a half since banding I've run the gamut on Vitamins from liquid to chewable and now I'm back to liquid. I like the taste and ease of this brand, it's what I'm using now (got it at Whole Foods). Tastes tart like mango and doesn't have stinky smell:

I take Centrum chewables as well. I did some comparison shopping before I was banded and the liquid multis I found didn't have nearly as much bang for the buck - only half as many Vitamins and minerals as the chewables. plus, liquid is a lot more expensive than chewables.

A lot of people here take Flintstone vitamins also. I think those are fine too.

regarding gummie vitamins....my nutrionist said they don't have as many nutrients and anything gummy like that isn't good for your band for those who don't chew well enough. She said the regular chewable vitamins are best.
