Well I have good news and bad news.

Good news - yes it does get better

Bad news - it may get worse before it gets better

Yes, it does get better! I started to feel better about day 6 post op. Getting out and walking (even just a little bit the first couple days) really helped. Each day I felt a little better and was able to go a little farther. Increasing the protein really seemed to help with getting my energy levels back and the healing process. Find a protein drink or powder you like and that will help (I really like Unjury Strawberry mixed with crystal light lemonade). Hang in there!!
