Feeling like a failure already!

I did fairly well with my 2 week liquid diet. Then went back to "dieting" for 2 1/2 months. I have done HORRIBLE since then!!! I know food is an addiction, and it has me in it's grip!!!! My problem is and always has been portion control. I see something, and I eat until it's gone. I don't feel I have that "switch" in my brain that tells me I'm full. I talked to the NUT about it and she said she hears that alot. I just hope that this surgery is what I need to get my life back.

I just saw a girl I went to school with post she lost 196 lbs and I sooo want to be able to say that!!!!!
