Anyone had Aetna?

I'm almost done with pre op appointments & am extremely nervous about getting denied. I've spoken to Aetna's Bariatric nurse about 4 times and she feels that I'll be fine. I'm just so desperate at this point to lose weight. Any input would really be appreciated.
