I don't know...but it's a huge fear of mine. I would think....eating a measured amount. After a year it's supposed to "mature" to hold 6 to 8 oz at a time.

Oh okay I'm scared myself lol

I worry about this every time I have a normal meal. If its anything other than my protein bar for breakfast and protein shake for lunch, I freak myself out about this. Your not alone for sure.
