I'm Nicole and I am just finishing up my last steps before insurance approval! I've been working on this a long time and just found this app for support. My surgeon is shooting for a May surgery date anyone else in May??

Hello Nicole!!! My surgery date is May 8th. Im excited but scared now that I finally have a date. I have no pre OP diet as of yet. I see my doctor on the 2ND. I'll only have six days after that. Not sure what six days of dieting will do before surgery.

I meet with my nut tomorrow and they said that I would be on 2 weeks liquids and that I will need to purchase my meal replacements tomorrow in case my insurance is really quick approving me, which is not likely but I'm still hopeful. I look for my surgery to be the middle or end of May. Not looking forward to those liquids though, but I know it will be worth it in the long run!

Good luck to you both. My day has finally arrived, surgery today at 11.30am. The time goes quick. I'm a little nervous, but ready.
