KFC BONELESS!

Thank goodness KFC has come out with a boneless offering - I think it was the bones that added the fat.

WOOO - I can have my KFC again.

Lmbo I'm glad they have grill chicken. I'm staying away for a while. I'm doing this pre surgery diet even though I had surgery. I'm pretending I'm having surgery again.

Mami-you are below goal weight. Why do the pre-surgery diet? You look great! !!!

I'm starting to feel fat for some crazy reason. I want to eat like I did right after surgery & no more then that. I find my self eating more not junk food but just stuff nuts crackers rice Beans meat. All this is good but I want to only eat 3 meals & not be snacking all the time. Since I can't seem to break this habit. I decided to go back to before I had surgery. To see if I can close my stomach & then go back to eating like a human being.

Thanks for the compliment. I feel great but I just don't want to regain or develop bad habits. I want to stay thin forever.

Please be careful that you don't develop an eating disorder. Might want to talk to a counselor. Is a rough ride that we all are on.
