Chicken Questions

At week 3 what types of chicken were people able to eat? Could you eat tenders with bredding? Rotissirie chicken without the skin? Boneless skinless chicken breasts? Buffalo wings?? Please let me know because I'm sick of blending everything in my food processor. Thanks!

I have never been able to eat chicken since banding. No matter how it is prepared, I just can't eat chicken. Everything else goes down well.

I took a bunch of thighs, put them in a pot, covered them with water, some onion, carrots and whole celery - boiled for a few hours. The stewed thighs were PERFECT!!! And it's a kick ass soup on top of it all!

I have a hard time with chicken since the band as well. If I cut it up small and add it to some soup for extra protein, then it goes down a little easier but a roast chicken, isn't easy.
