books that help

Hi Friends

Please forgive me as I am asking this in two groups as I am not sure which group would be best to ask this in.

Do you know of a book that I can perhaps buy from Amazon that you found very helpful regarding your RnY Journey?

I would like to buy myself a book to read regarding this procedure and just everything that goes with it, you know?

I've been doing all my reading online and it is a bit overwhelming. And at this stage I just want a book in my hands! Something I can refer to again and again!

Please, if you found something very helpful, please share with me.

Thanks!

I have weight loss surgery for dummies, and I love it. It is not specifically for bypass, but has a lot of great info.
