Starving

I'm 3 months post op and have not been eating a lot sometime mashed potato or oatmeal that's my favorite i be scared to eat the wrong food so i need your help on some recipe's or some suggestions on what is good to eat..

I understand your fear. BUT you have to try food sooner or later. You might google Gastric bypass soft diet and do that first. Then slowly add solid food. I'm excited to get to that point. :) But it's scary. Dumping and angry pouch and all. Ugh
