Hello everyone

I am 9 months out 80 pound weight lost. Went from size 26/28 to 14/16. My goal is 175/180 but to have an average BMI it says 165. Need to lose 38 more pounds by July. Any tips for me? Thanks

    Sounds like you are doing great. Remember it's not a race. Your body is gonna give up the weight at its own pace. Congrats on how well you are doing so far!!!

    It's been 2 weeks since I had my surgery and im not losing weight like I think I should be. Im following my diet and Im exercising. I don't know what im doing wrong. How long did it take for you to start losing a significent amount of weight? Any suggestions for me?

    From the first week I was losing. Protein, protein and a lot of Water. For protein, I was drinking two shakes 40-50 protein and 64 oz of water a day. Also, I was doing Leslie Sansone DVD's. Good luck.
