I feel like this is goin to help me stay healthy and on track. Sometimes ido feel alone but then i come here to read all ur success stories and it helps me realize im not the only one. Rite now my cw is 288. My hw 327 so i have lost a total of 40 pounds, my goal is to reach 170-180. I have a long ways to go but im not goin to give up. I do it all for myself and my two kids:-)
