Feeling scared... Need support

Surgery on Thursday! I'm feeling super nervous! Need some words of support .. Make me feel better ladies! I'm so scared but I'm so very excited!!!

    Just try to relax. Take a nice long hot bath tonight and just let your mind rest. Surgery is scary, but it will be over soon and you'll be on your way to a healthy happier you! I promise the after is so worth the process!

    Just remember to try to walk as much as you can as soon as you can...for both the soreness and gas!

    You will be fine! I am a HUGE chicken but I prepared and it was over really quick. I had never had surgery so this was all new to me. Use the drugs, walk and follow orders but don't be a hero. Use the time wisely to rest and recover for your new life. We are cheering for you!
