Getting bored with all this meat!

My surgeons office has us eat only Protein until we are 75% of our weight loss. I don't know what has gotten into me but I want to eat normal and still can't. I just would like to eat meat and some veggies but I have to wait for twenty mor pounds. I HATE this!!!

It's meats,cheese, all high protein?

Ricotta isn't that great for protein, but it's the stuff you see inside manicotti and ravioli... 1/4 of a cup is 70 calories, 6 grams of protein and 4.5g of fat. So, it's not impossible. If you have unflavored protein powder you can add a bit of that. I like ricotta. It's even good with some pasta sauce and some meat mixed in. You can raise the protein up pretty high.

and yes, getting your protein from one place is not good. Meats, cheese, protein drinks, eggs. Other dairy such as fage yogurt or any greek yogurt, sour cream, milk....

*be careful, they add horrible stuff to yogurt. Just cuz they call it cane juice, doesn't make it any less sugar ;)*
