Vegetables?

Let me start by saying I have my post op appointment on April 1st so will talk to my doctor about this too, but I trust you all and wanted your opinions also.

I returned to North Carolina in August from a year in Hollywood as a missionary and while out there I fell in love with Community Supported Agriculture/farmers markets etc and decided this is something I want to incorporate into my life here as well. I have been looking for 6 months and finally found a local farm that will deliver just harvested vegetables to my house every other week for a great price. What worries me is that i won't be able to eat a lot of veggies? We focus so much on Protein I was wondering if anyone is able to focus primarily on vegetables?

I was told fruits and veggies are a VERY important part of my diet, or will be, I am still on clear liquids, but my nut made it clear that I shall not rely on vitamins and protein shakes alone, so I would be thrilled if I had fresh veggies delivered to my door. Enjoy them! :)

Try juicing them it not only gives you the serving you stay hydrated and it has no artificial crap..
