Liquid

I searched the threads and I didn't see this topic posted. And if it was and was answered, I apologize for repeating it. My question is about liquid/water requirements. Does pre made Protein shakes and 100% fruit juice qualify towards the required 64oz daily goal?

Also, thank you to all of your for your previous help and support. You guys are the kindest people that I've even encounted online. Your posts make me smile, laugh and at times cry. Thank you for welcoming me to the RNY family!
