Life is GOOOOOOOOOOOD!!

I am the happiest person today!! After 2 weeks of nothing but Clear liquids, I'm on to full liquids!!! I can have oatmeal, grits, any Soup pureed, yogurt and frozen yogurt! I know that's nothing exciting, but that broth was making me crazy mad:angry ! LOL!! I was so good on that liquid diet, but it was really awful. I lost 19 pounds since surgery 2 weeks ago. 27 since I started the 2 week liquid preop diet. I'm happy with the weight loss. But I'm even happier I can have something to eat with some texture! Yipeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee:clap2: . Hopefully I'll get some kind of energy back. My hubby says I've been walking around here like my puppy just died or something. LOL!

Just wanted to scream it to ya'll...I feel like it's Christmas. hehehe!!

Girlfriend, I totally feel your excitement. The thought of broth made me sick after 2 weeks and 4 days on it.

I finally got to move to mushies - full liquids a little over a week ago. And very happy now. I can deal with the soft foods, but the clear liquids had to go!

Oh..I'm telling you..blended up soup is like GOLD! It's my "pizza"! LOL!! I really thought I was just going to die if I had to have one more cup of broth. Not to mention, my energy level was a big nothing. I can't imagine how excited I'll be when I move to mushies. Woohooo!!! It's the little things I guess.

Now..off to puree something!
