particle liquid diet

I started my particle luquid diet today. I have 1 month to go, that diet for 4 weeks. Gonna be a long last month lol. I it coming so fast, my feelings are everywhere

    I have to do 14 days with one day of Clear liquids. But i think I'm going to start a week earlier.
