Sparkling Water?

Just bought this because it didn't have any sugar or calories BUT once I got home I read that it's carbonated water I'm wondering I okay?

I would think the carbonation is a no no.. It can cause gas and discomfort-would be off limits for same reason pop is.

I figured that I just told my mom that it's basically pop without the other stuff...welp someone else can enjoy this...thanks ;( lol

Before surgery i only drank sparklin water with crystal light. After I was told not to drink because of carbination :(
