starting pre-op diet

OK, next week I start my pre-op diet. I am to do liquids for breakfast and lunch and a meat and veggie for dinner. I need some advice on protein shakes. Brands, kinds, any advice would be welcomed. I am nervous, yet so excited for this awesome transformation.

I'm doing the same pre-op diet. I've been using the EAS carb advantage shakes. They were causing some diarrhea issues, so I switched to a soy protein isolate powder and mixing it with soy milk. So far so good. I've lost 13 pounds so far. My surgery is this Tuesday the 12th. The hard part about this pre-op diet is being hungry and pissed off. Other than that it's great! Ha! We have to shrink that liver though, so hang in there. You're going to do great. Best of luck to you.

Thank you and thanks for the advice. I wish you the best of luck also.

Pure protine chocolate is yummy! If you blend it woth almond milk and ice it tastes like a chocolate shake.
