Protein food list

Hello WLS family. So I was looking for some good list of foods with their Protein amounts and I found a few and just wanted to share. Enjoy! I know they are from pregnancy websites but hey, who cares where you find them right. ;) Hope these help

    I am sure it depends on the brand and what it is made of. Make sure you look at that and don't assume. I don't know what they based their amounts off of ;)
