regular food got me worried

Maybe its all in my head but I started the regular foods stage (fruits/veggie/whole wheat bread. .etc. .) And even though im doing things by the book I keep thinking that eating those foods along with my protein it will make me stop losing weight.

Not at all! Not eating enough will make you gain weight. You need to eat regular foods, but the right ones. I know it sounds crazy but if you don't eat enough your body will go into starvation mode and start reserving fat to life off of, instead of burning. Don't worry, you'll do great!
