I think if the protein is high and the carbs are low it is good. The only thing is it's usually not on the list of ok foods until about 6-8 weeks out. Chew chew chew

My surgeon actually highly suggests it. I don't even do turkey Jerky, I do beef. The sodium is really high though

Thank you for ur responds. I'm at my 6 months out now so I guess I'll be okay with a little jerky.
