Hey, guys and gals well first of all I am a paramedic and police dispatcher. I am also married and have to young kids. I am in the very early stages of my getting healthy journey..I will begin my 6 month weigh ins and doc apps. March 1st...getting excited...My company has approved the surgery just gotta jump through so hoops..Looking forward to this great forum to meet friends and fellow adventures on this great trip to healthy land we are going on..lol
