Lactaid

Anyone take this after surgery? I'm already kinda lactose intolerant and I take it sometimes. I don't want to give up milk lol

I just switched to the lactaid milk. Tastes exactly the same.

I am pre-op but have been using LACTAID for a very long time becuase I am lactose intolerant, I wouldn't drink a glass of it by itself, but for shakes or cereal it tastes good.

I actually take the pills right now and was wondering about them. I completely forgot they have milk, they would work much better post-op! Thanks!

I do the lactaid milk for my shakes and it is great!
