BMI and Comorbidities

If you already have two of the required comorbidities to qualify for surgery with a bmi of 35...Would you still be required to get a sleep study done? So many questions :)

      Yes because there are certain precautions they have to take due to the apnea. But again depends on your surgeon good luck!!nn

      I didn't have to have a sleep study... so not sure if you have to have the sleep study.

    thanks! I guess it all does depend on the individual and if the surgeon thinks you should have it done. I guess each person and case is different.
