So I turned in all my paperwork for the insurance pre approval about 3 weeks ago, well about 5 mins ago my patient coordinator called me to tell me she has to resend my information again because insurance was missing some paperwork.... She said to give her a call at the end of next week to see if I was approved.

I had a feeling this would happen, I'm always hearing about people getting approved super fast with BCBS PPO. Anyway I just wanted to let out frustration, I'm just ready to start my new life.

I understand. I went from first visit to surgery in 20 days because I did all the leg work with insurance myself.
