Frustrated

I'm still pre-op, I'm waiting for a call to get my surgery date. And I'm just frustrated! I don't know why, the past couple of days I've been on edge, I've been irritable, and I just snapped at my mother. I NEVER snap at my mother. I've been crying on and off, and I'm just all sorts of bleh. Anyone else experience this?

I'm about a week and a half in to my pre-op diet.

It's an emotional journey. Go HUG your mom :) It will all work out for you!

Yes and I hate to say this but it will get a lot worse before it gets better. As we loose the weight estrogen that is stored in the fat cells are released. I was a basket case for several months.

However it does get better! Hang in there and go tell mom you are sorry. Oh and stay away from sad movies or romantic movies - those sent me over the edge! Go have a good cry and a good laugh with mom. :)
