one month away today

I was approved at the beginning of December for surgery February 7. My doctor was super booked- 10 weeks out.

Today marks the start of my one month countdown and it's also my birthday. The wait to get moving is wearing on me. Too much time to think, worry about complications, doubt myself...support groups were even cancelled for this month. I was kind of happy at first, not having Christmas be my first challenge out of the gate. Now that all the holidays are over, I just want to move on. Two months after getting a date is too long.

Happy Birthday Happy Birthday.

I hope the time till surgery goes by what will seem quickly, But use this time to practice Sipping, walking ect. liquids Liquids Liquids. I tried to think like I had had the surgery and do a lot of the things I knew I would need to do. Started Vitamins.everyday. Tried different Protein drinks, Got lots of protein in because I knew it would help me be prepared for surgery.

Read my signature and you will find what for me was two months instead of one, but ended up being for the best because of a ovary cyst and mass malfunction that was taken care of during surgery, 'Wishing you the very Best, And I hope your Birthday is special, I know your whole next year is going to be,

Lol I'm a revision from a slipped band.....had to have six months for healing after the band was removed because things were so jacked up from the prolapse! Lap band removed August 1, bypass date set about 2 weeks later....I've been counting down the days!!!!!!!
