Anyone try this?

I've been putting a tablespoon of sugar free instant pudding mix into my protein shakes. It's delish! So far my fave is vanilla protein powder and pistachio pudding mix.

Yep! Love this

Love this. I think I tend to add to much pudding mix and then in about an hour I am in the bathroom, Not a true dumping but defiantly hits me, could be the milk also. But it sure does make the shake taste better, I need to go easier on the pudding and may have to change to a lactaid or almond milk or something,

If you can eat yogurt yet, a spoon full of the pudding mix in the low fat vanilla is really good too. I lived on that pre op.
