Ensure Protein Drink

Has anyone tried Ensure high protein shake ? Is it ok to have as part of our protein intake ?

Ensure is high in sugar and low in protein compared to most of the other kinds of shakes. Your chances of dumping from it is pretty high I'm told.

Ok wow, I never knew this , because the bottle claimed 5grams of sugar , calories was like 210, or less can't remember right now carbs was low, but the sodium was high. I never been big on things high in sodium. But I, drank 4 Oz , no dumping yet. Thanks for the info, I will look for a next protein drink.

try the EAS advantage ones you can get at most grocery stores or premier protein shakes you can buy at Sam's

the premier ones have 30 grams of protein and 160 calories 1 gram of sugar
