Wine limit

Was at an annual Christmas party tonight and had 1 glass of Chardonnay--have had couple times before w no problems--but...I was "in the spirit" and had a 2nd glass...yuck yuck yuck--felt so icky and nauseated and have drank LOTS of water since! Learned my lesson!! Just hope I'm better at this before we go to the Dominican in Feb...
