Hello, I am finally having surgery on December 4th but not doing good on this pre-op diet. I need help.... For those that have done the diet, did you do 2 high protein low carb shakes and 4 ounces of protein a day?

I'm on a per-op diet. On a product called Optifast. I can have 4 shakes, 2 Protein Bars, sf Jello, sf Popsicles & chicken broth a day for 2 weeks

I've lost 11 lbs in 6 days on it! That definitely gave me much motivation to not even look at any other food during this time. You're not missing much with the bars!
