Hey some of us are challenging each other to eat better, drink our Water, and get in our exercise. This is somewhat like Ediets.com challenges with some variations. Below are the guidelines. NOT RULES!!! There is an added challenge to do a random act of kindness at least once a week but as many as you can get in would be awesome.

1. Log-in daily and give a brief update of your day--meals, water intake, helping others, feelings, etc. Anything you want to share.

2. This Challenge will run Monday through Monday.

3. Weigh in once a week ONLY! Typically on Mondays but only once a week.

The challenge will start tomorrow August 16th and run till the October Bash in Vegas.

Wanna have prizes?

1. Most weight lost

2. Stayed as close to eating properly

3. Most Exercise minutes

4. Most creative with exercise routines

5. Motivation Queen

If you guys think of others then chime in.

By the way, all this is just a suggestion. So, give us some input on the challenges.

Miss Lisa... If wish we could afford to. It's been an expensive year between my staying home... getting banded and college for my hubby's son... plus we bought the shack in the boonies. I'm going to beg borrow and steal to go wherever the meeitng will be next year! If it's in California... that will be a major bonus as I haven't been back to my home state for a loooong time. I'm sure the meeting would be a blast in any state... or heck... make it a cruise... my hubby and I still haven't taken a honeymoon!

Penni... you are all going to have a blast! I have only been to Vegas once... and it was in the terrible company of my Ex-husband... but I'm sure it would have been fun if I had been with all of you! Post lots of pictures so that Betty and I can whine and feel left out... lol.

Okay... off to pout about the fact that money doesn't grow on trees... sheesh... I haven't even lost enough weight to sell my body for heaven's sake! *sigh*

I love whine Darcy, and probably will do lots of it. Maybe y'all can come to Texas next year! There is quite a few of us in this state. I am like you Darcy, money is really tight this year, especially with my surgery right around the corner. That was something we hadn't even counted on and was a last minute decision, but it will be worth it. They will be having so much fun that they won't even remember who we are:cry :cry

I hope you all have the greatest time:D , but I am extremely jelous that y'all get to meet each other and we don't get to be there:cry :cry If that made you feel really bad, then you can send me and Darcy some leathers and we will take pictures and send them back to you:D :D I think that is a good idea don't you Darcy?

Damn. I was up 3 pounds so this morning I walked three miles. Then my boss bought me another cake today and I just ate wads of frosting and eliminated this morning's walk. Why? I'm not obese, I'm just insane.

No, no, no, you can't erase any pictures, that is the whole point of taking pictures to post, we get to see the good, bad, and the funny!

I'm not erasing any pictures. Especially since I will be the loser on the competition and all bets are off. LOL!!!!

Betty... I know we can trust Penni to post the "good" pictures! I absolutely insist on seeing any pictures of Lisa with any substance besides boogers shoved up them there blow holes! Girl... if I had known you back in April when my hubby took a fishing trip to Texas... I'd have stopped by for a brew or two! I agree totally about the leathers... and I can look extremely pitiful if that will gather more sympathy for the both of us!

LIsa... I ate like a little piggy tonight AND skipped my walk... how's that for brilliant! I was hungry and my stomach has just been killing me lately... sorry Betty... think I started my pity party early! I figured since my stomach hurts like the dickens all the time... it might as well as be stuffed full of perch! It's a good thing I don't have ice-cream in the freezer! Hmmmm... well... the store is only 5 minutes away.... How's about some ice-cream with our beer and whine Betty?

Sounds good to me, it will top off my wine cooler, beer, bbq etc. that I just stuffed my face with. I figured I might just as well have a few things before I can't. Hey girl, next time he heads this way come on down. I always have room and food on the table. I always have something to drink too!
