No Weight Loss On Preop Liquid Diet

I have lost only one pound after three weeks on the liquid diet. Has anyone else experience no weight loss or little weight loss on the preop liquid diet?

thats no good! I lost 20 pounds so far on my pre-op Optifast diet. 4 weeks down, 2 weeks to go. I hope you start losing soon!

My doctor did not put me on Optifast specifically. He put me on shakes from Bariatric Advantage.

I've lost six after the first week of my 2 week liquid diet. But I am actually having trouble getting everything in (1 of the meals is a cup of sf pudding with protein and another is a cup of sf jello - I hate pudding and jello and I'm getting nauseous after a few bites). I'm losing interest in food and that's going to slow down my weight loss. Anybody familiar with this?

I have not been working out. That must be the problem. Well, I know how to fix that! Time to join a gym.
