Hi guys

My 6th and final weigh-in is scheduled for December 3rd. I am most likely looking at a two week liquid diet around Christmas time! I'm worried about it. How many of you have stuck to the two week diet, and how many of you have ended up cheating?

My surgery date is November 26, so I will be on the liquid diet over my birthday and Thanksgiving. I plan on taking a long walk during Thanksgiving dinner, and I've asked my husband and children to celebrate my birthday with a family game night instead of with food. I think avoiding temptation and always having water on hand is a big help. I'm on day 1 today. I feel like crap, headaches and shaky, but I'm not really hungry at all. In fact, I feel like all I'm doing is eating/drinking sweet stuff.

My Dr. said I could only eat about 1500 calories per day two weeks leading up to surgery on Nov. 20. I have pre-op this Thursday the 15th and I know he will say all liquids until surgery. I just want it over with....

OMG..... Just got my approval today I have been extremely blessed I just started my journey alittle over three months ago and already approved with cigna who I have heard horror storys about when it comes to the approval process it only took five days and my surgery will be in two weeks because of my two week liquid diet that my surgeon requires..... I just want to say good luck to everyone and hang in there we will get though this together and look forward to seeing yall on the other side
