I would love to join the Friday weight in group just on sure about where I'm supposed to go to get there. I see many of you use my Fitness Pal also what is this can somebody fill me in?

I don't know about pal...however Friday weigh in I know a little about. It is a a tread under post op Q&A. How I post was my Pre opt weight (also known as starting weight, hightest weight, whatever you want to call) then I did my surgery date weight. Then that day weight. So last Friday it look like this:

Pre opt: 425

Surgery : 349

11/8 : 325
